Logistivo

This project involved the development of a frontend application for Logistivo, a platform similar to Uber or Careem but designed specifically for loaders and carriers. The goal was to create a seamless, user-friendly interface where customers and carriers could easily interact, book, and manage logistics services. To enhance operational efficiency and user experience, we integrated AI-driven route optimization and smart matching algorithms that suggest optimal routes and connect users with the best-fit carriers based on location and availability. The project was a Figma design conversion into a fully functional, production-ready frontend application. Faithfully converting complex Figma designs into clean, maintainable code with full responsiveness. Implementing efficient state management using Zustand without overcomplicating the app. Managing asynchronous server interactions reliably and smoothly using TanStack Query. Ensuring a user-friendly, mobile-first experience for both customers and carriers.
